Exchange & Return Policy

Eligibility

You can request an exchange or return within 2 days of receiving your order. Ensure the item is marked as exchange/return eligible on the product page.

Reverse Pickup

We do not provide reverse pickup for products. You’ll need to self-ship the item(s) to us in case of return and exchange. Don’t worry, we’ll guide you through it!

Not Eligible

Due to factors like color, quality, design, embroidery, or trims. Please review the product details carefully before purchasing, or contact customer service for further information.

How To Exchange & Return

Initiate

Reach out to us via email at GMAIL or WhatsApp at +91 63760 17740 to start your return or exchange.

Pickup

We currently do not offer a reverse pickup facility, you will have to self-ship the items to our warehouse with your name, order no., and reason for exchange/return mentioned on the package.

Packaging

Use the original packaging to send the items back.

Condition

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with all tags and labels intact.

Processing

After receiving and inspecting the item, we’ll complete the exchange or refund in the form of a voucher within 5-10 days.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Refund via Store Credit:

All returns are processed as vouchers minus the shipping charges (to & fro), which remain valid for 30 days.

Refund Fee:

A non-refundable shipping fee of Rs 250 will apply to all exchanges.

Non-Refundable Services:

 Shipping fees and gift services are non-refundable. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.

Sale And Discount Policy
Size Exchange Only:

 Items purchased at a discount or during a sale are eligible for size exchanges, subject to availability. A return shipping fee of Rs 250 will apply.

No Returns

Please note that returns are not accepted on discounted or sale items, including purchases made using promotional codes. All sales are final.

Missing Or Damaged Items

Report

Please report any missing or damaged items within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.

Proof

To initiate the process, kindly provide a video of the unboxing and photographs of both the item and the delivery package.

Resolution

Our customer care team will promptly review the case and work towards a swift resolution.

Cancellation Policy

Timing

 Orders can be cancelled only within 12 hours of placement for a voucher.

After 12 Hours:

Unfortunately, we cannot process cancellations after the 12-hour window.

Prepaid Orders

are not eligible for cancellation.

All international orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
